Superluxe Vault Ltd ("Superluxe Vault", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14782934) with its registered office at 37 Bethlehem Street, Grimsby, DN31 1JQ. We operate prize competitions in the United Kingdom in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005. These Terms apply to all competitions hosted on superluxevault.co.uk and to any free postal entry.
To enter any competition you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. Employees of Superluxe Vault, its contractors and their immediate families may not enter. By entering you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate. We may verify age and identity before awarding any prize.
Each competition is a prize competition, not a lottery. To enter you must answer a qualifying skill question. Entries are allocated unique ticket numbers. When the competition closes, a winner is selected using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) from all valid entries — paid and free postal entries alike. Full details of how each competition works are on our How It Works page.
Paid entries are purchased online using a regulated payment provider. The entry price, maximum entries per person and total number of entries are shown on each competition page. Each competition has a per-person entry limit which we enforce at checkout. Payments are processed in GBP. We do not store your card details.
Every competition can be entered for free by post. Free postal entries are entered into the same draw as paid entries and have identical odds per entry. Full instructions are available on our Free Postal Entry page. One entry per postcard. Postal entries must be received before the published closing date and time.
Each entry requires the correct answer to a qualifying skill question. The question is designed to require some judgment, knowledge or skill. Failure to provide the correct answer invalidates that entry. We publish the correct answer after each competition closes.
Draws are conducted using a Random Number Generator certified for fairness. The draw method, seed and result are logged. Draw results are published on a permanent result page within 24 hours of the draw, including the winning ticket number and the winner's first name and town. Draws are not reversible once published.
Winners are contacted using the details held on their account within 24 hours of the draw. Before any prize is released we verify the winner's identity and age, and confirm that the entry was valid. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or fails verification, we may redraw from the remaining valid entries.
Physical prizes are delivered insured to UK mainland addresses, normally within 10 working days of verification. Delivery to non-mainland or remote addresses may take longer and may incur an additional charge which we will discuss with the winner. Prize handover is documented and published.
Most physical-prize competitions offer a published cash alternative. The amount is shown on the competition page and is fixed before the competition opens. Winners may choose either the prize or the cash alternative. Cash is paid by UK bank transfer, usually within 48 hours of verification. Cash prizes are paid in full with no tax deductions.
Entries are non-refundable once ticket numbers have been issued, except where required by law. If a competition is cancelled (for example, due to a technical failure that prevents the draw running fairly) we will refund all paid entries in full. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 working days.
You must keep your account details accurate and secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, that show signs of fraud, or that are linked to self-exclusion. You can request account deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can exercise your data rights at any time by contacting us.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single competition is limited to the value of the prize offered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, save where you have statutory consumer rights to bring proceedings in your local court. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version current at the time you enter a competition applies to that entry.
