Responsible Participation

Superluxe Vault prize competitions are designed to be fun and affordable. They are never intended as a way to make money or as a solution to financial difficulty. This page sets out our commitment and the tools available to help you stay in control.

Our Commitment

We take participation seriously.

We are a UK prize competition operator, not a gambling business, but we apply the same standards of care. That means: clear pricing, per-person entry limits on every competition, free postal entry routes so no one is excluded by cost, age verification before any prize is awarded, and easy-to-use tools to help you stay in control of your spending and your account.

Tools

Controls available to every player.

Entry limits
Every competition has a maximum entries per person cap, enforced at checkout.
Self-exclusion
Exclude yourself from entering any competition for 7, 30, 90 or 180 days from your account settings.
Spending controls
Set daily and weekly spend limits on your account. We'll stop you going over them.
Spending summaries
See your total spend, entries and wins in your account at any time — full transparency.
Account cooling-off
Take a short break with a temporary account pause, no questions asked.
Account deletion
Delete your account and request erasure of your data at any time, subject to legal retention.
Protection

Under-18 protection.

Superluxe Vault competitions are strictly for people aged 18 and over. We verify the age and identity of every winner before any prize is released. We do not knowingly market to under-18s, do not collect data from them, and will delete any data we discover was provided by someone under 18. If you believe a child has entered or provided data, contact us immediately.

Stay in Control

Tips for participating responsibly.

  • Set a budget before you enter and stick to it — never money you can't afford to lose.
  • Use the spending limits in your account to enforce your budget automatically.
  • Take regular breaks and don't enter as a way to deal with stress or low mood.
  • Treat competitions as entertainment, not as an investment or a source of income.
  • Chasing losses usually leads to bigger losses — stop and take a break.
  • Be honest with yourself and the people close to you about how much you enter.
  • If entering stops being fun, use self-exclusion or close your account.
